All that means is that my top half is smaller than my bottom half. Or my bottom half is bigger than it should be. Or I should only eat for 4 hours a day and not the other 20 in order to be… a different fruit shape?
It’s the holidays. So we are all confronted with “indulgent foods” and “temptations” (gasp!), and sometimes that makes us (me) acutely aware of our body size, shape, and existence.
I just want to remind you (and myself) that there is no perfect shape. And there aren’t just 3 or 4 shapes. There are a bazillion. We are all unique little snowflakes in our own right, and that’s exactly how it should be.
No magic diet or exercise plan – or god forbid a fasting schedule – will change your body shape. It’s how you were made! Enjoy it, love.
